We serve alongside our pastor, giving vision, discerning
parish needs, guiding pastoral planning & encouraging active participation
in the church’s mission. We seek to nurture faith, build community & foster
service, uniting as One Catholic Family In Christ.
Karla Gonzalez has been a member of Sacred Heart Parish since 2023. She first discovered the parish while interning in the area during the summer before her senior year of college and became involved through the Spanish community youth group. Two years ago, she was called to serve on the Pastoral Council. Outside of the Church, Karla enjoys crafts, spending time in nature, and being with loved ones. She is excited to use her God-given talents to help grow Sacred Heart Parish.

Henry has been a member of Sacred Heart since 1987. He has served the parish as a catechist, co-coordinator of religious ed, Eucharistic minister, school board member and now as a pastoral council member. He strives to speak to parishioners before Mass to assess their concerns and suggestions for improvement. I generally attend the 930 mass and sit near the choir.
magalie keil
My name is Magalie Keil. I am married to William Keil, and have a Stepson named Ben. I have been a parishioner at Sacred Heart since September of 2007. I enjoy being in my Sacred Heart Community where I am very active as a member of the Contemporary Choir, Lector, Sacristan at the Daily Mass, Eucharistic Minister and other women’ groups. Since March of 2025, it has been a privilege for me to start serving as a member of the Pastoral Counsel. In addition to my volunteer work at the Parish, I enjoy being a Pastoral Visitor, where I get to visit and bring communion the sick and homebound parishioners. I would pray with them; give them communion then chat about life at Sacred Heart. Outside of church, I enjoy cooking, reading Christian Books, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

susie madden
I have been a parishioner at Sacred Heart for 25 years and taught there for 17 of those years. For the past 6 years, I have served as an administrator and Catholic Identity Chair at St. Louis School in Clarksville, where much of my work centers on strengthening Catholic identity and helping keep our mission rooted in faith. I am married and have two sons who attended Sacred Heart from Pre-K through 8th grade. Both spent many years serving at the altar, and it has been a gift to watch one of them continue that service now as a lector. A strong personal commitment to Catholic identity has always shaped both my family life and my work in Catholic education, and it is a privilege to continue serving the Church and school communities that have formed us.

I joined Sacred Heart Parish 20 years ago. I moved from Florida in 2005, and after visiting several parishes, Sacred Heart was where I felt at home. I joined the Scripture Study and later joined the Traditional Choir and Decorating Committee. I joined the Pastoral Council 1 year ago. I am widowed with no children. Outside of church, I enjoy my 2 adorable nieces, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
