The Best Years Group welcomes adults 55 years of age or older. Members may be single, married, divorced, widowed, or of a religious order. Spouses who are younger than 55 are also welcome to become members. Dues are $5 per member per year.

The group was formed to bring adults together to share activities and interests and to keep members informed of current events pertaining to people within our age range. Activities focus on Friendship, Communication, and Service. We emphasize spirituality, recreation, social programs, health, education, culture, and service to the Church and community.

The group meets from September to June on the first Wednesday of the month at noon.

Best Years Sacred Heart Seniors (55+) group invites members, guests, and interested parishioners to our meeting at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 3 in the Mother Seton room. Our speaker will be an Officer from the Baltimore County Community Outreach Team.

Lunch Bunch: Will meet Tuesday, September 16 at 12:30 PM at Bistro 91 3000 Gamber Road Finksburg, MD 21048. You may sign up by contacting Elaine Smith at 410-833-0418 or at the September meeting.

Outreach for September: Sarah’s Hope will be collecting after school snacks and Ronald McDonald House will be collecting white towels, 13 gallon trash bags, or prepared meals (microwave individual soups or mac & cheese, instant oatmeal in a cup, peanut butter/cheese crackers, granola bars).
